Overview
This course will start with a macro perspective of supply chains and the magnitude of its contribution to greenhouse gasses and will then discuss the benefits of creating a sustainable supply chain and also the risks of not doing anything. The course will also discuss reasons why companies do not embark on a journey of making supply chains sustainable. The course will then propose a framework that companies can adopt towards making their supply chains sustainable.
