Apply principles, philosophies, and procurement and supply management processes to facilitate the global improvement and strategic design of an organization's supply management system. It focuses on topics like procurement and category strategy development, purchasing process, policies, organization, and performance. This course is offered 100% online and is part of the W. P. Carey Certificate in Foundations of Supply Chain Management.
