45 Course Hours; 3 Months to complete
Overview
There are a growing number of opportunities for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT®), including jobs in psychiatric care, behavioral disorders, mental health, and education. As an RBT, you’ll work directly with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental conditions, helping them build life-changing skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
This 100% online registered behavior technician certification course provides the 40-hour RBT training required by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB®) and includes Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to prepare you for success. Throughout the program, you will receive guidance from a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) who offers feedback on assignments designed to meet the 2026 40-Hour Training Requirements and Curriculum.
Course enrollment includes a voucher for the BACB RBT certification exam once all application requirements are met. Note: Application fees, background checks, and the Initial Competency Assessment are not included, and as of January 1, 2024, BACB requires employers to complete the Initial Competency Assessment.
