Overview
This module covers the importance of diverse journalists, topics and sources, from race, religion and culture to age and economic diversity, and offers tips for how to encourage/achieve that goal, even if you don't yet have a very diverse newsroom. Other team considerations: skills sets for writing, data analysis, research/reporting/interviewing, photography/videography/drone operators, audio technicians, graphic designers, web developers, etc. And when to bring them in.
