The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt - Manufacturing Certification Program is a 20-week, project-based program designed to combine the valuable techniques of Lean and Six Sigma into one comprehensive course. Consisting of a 10-week online instructional portion and a 60-day applied project phase, the program follows the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control (DMAIC) methodology; a customer-focused, fact and data-driven approach that guides continuous improvement and operational excellence. Participants will explore tools to form a disciplined roadmap for developing solutions to existing problems in the manufacturing sector.

Accredited by the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University, this certification program provides the knowledge and skills required to effectively manage Lean Six Sigma projects within the manufacturing industry to improve processes, increase efficiency, and reduce waste. You will qualify for Continuing Education Units (CEU) and Professional Development Units (PDU) from Arizona State University.
